At OTTARENA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your IPTV subscription.

1. General Policy

All subscription purchases are final once an account has been activated. Because our Service provides immediate access to digital streaming content, we are unable to offer refunds after activation. We strongly encourage you to use our Try 1 Month first.

2. Eligible Exceptions

2.1 Extended Service Outage

If OTTARENA experiences a verified outage affecting your account for more than 72 consecutive hours, you may be eligible for a pro-rata credit.

2.2 Duplicate Charge

Duplicate charges due to technical errors will be refunded in full within 5-10 business days.

3. Non-Eligible Situations

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Wrong plan purchased
  • Issues with your own internet connection or device
  • Account suspension due to Terms of Service violation
  • Unused subscription period

4. How to Request a Refund

  2. Include your account email, purchase date, and description of the issue
  3. Submit within 7 days of the qualifying event
